Order Fulfillment and Returns
Decals, Koozies, Lanyards, and Flags
These items are manually fulfilled by Live From Wisco. Currently fulfillment is done every Tuesday. If an order is made on Monday after 4:00 PM it may be shipped the following week. If a decal is out of stock or a custom style expect an additional week of processing time before fulfillment.
Shipping Service: USPS First Class Mail from Allenton, WI (2-3 shipping days)
T Shirts, Hoodies, Tanks, Sweatshirts, and Long Sleeves
These items are fulfilled by a third party printing company. Fulfillment is started daily and takes about 2-3 business days to print. Printing may take longer during busy seasons.
Shipping Service: UPS Ground from Detroit, Michigan (2-4 business days)
Hats and Phone Cases
These items are fulfilled by a third party manufacturer and takes 2-3 business days to complete.
Shipping Service: Varies based on order size. Contact us if you have any shipping service restrictions
All returns and refunds are to be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. There is a 20% restocking fee on unworn, unwashed and otherwise new items. Items damaged or altered by the customer are not accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us before shipment.
When requesting a return be sure to include your order number in the message box on the contact form.
Returns on decals and koozies are not accepted. In the event a decal is damaged during application we will offer a complimentary, 10% discount on a replacement decal of the same type.
Returns must include your name, order number, and your email address somewhere inside or on the package.
